We are located halfway between the beaches of Jesolo Lido and Cavallino, between the adriatic Sea (just 2 km away) and the VENICE Lagoon.
This is an interesting location for those who want to stay outside the city (1.6 km from the urban area of Jesolo Lido) but have the beach nearby (just 2 km away).
From our hotel you can easily reach VENICE and the islands of the Lagoon, in fact, we are right on provincial road 42 to Punta Sabbioni, which leads firectly to the Punta Sabbioni ferry dock that takes you to Venice, very near St. Mark's Square.
We are also located in a strategic position for those who love nature excursions, to discover the Veneto countryside and lagoon.
The hotel has 15 rooms (single, double, triple and multiple) with their own bathroom, with a sink, WC and shower.
Furnished in a simple, yet welcoming manner, all have a TV, heating and AIR CONDITIONING (extra), WI-FI (extra) and a balcony with a view over the port or countryside.
We have no place on the beach, but the nearest beach (2km) away is the public Lighthouse Beach.

How to reach us
By Car
From the A4 motorway, take the Mestre or Noventa - San Donเ turn-off, follow directions to Jesolo Lido, at the Picchi Stadium roundabout (near Famila - Laguna shopping Jesolo Lido) head towards Cavallino - Putan Sabbioni. After approx 6Km and 3mini-roundabouts you will come to a large 4-lane brige. On the right is a small road next to the bridge and the hotel is at the end of this road.
